The best way to help with the efforts to preserve and protect Valerie Woods, is to get involved. Attending meetings of the Friends of Valerie Woods, passing out flyers, helping to plan and organize "Walks in the Woods", etc. are just a few of the ways that you can help out. The more people we get involved in the preservation effort, the more likely we are to be successful in preserving and protecting this beautiful piece of land for the enjoyment of generations to come. Another way that you can help out, is to let the Harrison Township Trustees know that you favor the preservation of the Valerie Woods property. The Trustees have promised to listen to all concerned parties, and to take the will of the Township residents into account when making future decisions about the fate of the property.
